Town election results: Mullen wins Select Board seat over incumbent

According to the Annual Town Election results posted by Town Clerk Lisa Pedroli, 1,087 voters turned out for the May 12 annual election. 

Carole Mullen is the newest member of the Hopedale Select Board. Mullen won her seat over incumbent Scott M. Savage, who was first elected to the board in 2023, by a vote of 710 to 363. Mullen previously served as the director of the Hopedale Council on Aging for 30 years. 

Other election winners included: 

-  Board of Health:  Andrew Francis Finlay

-  Housing Authority:  Christine Lynn Luccini (write-in with most votes)

-  Library Trustee:  Marie Riddell

-  Park Commissioner:  Mark Wyspianski

-  Planning Board:  Kaplan Hasanoglu

-  Road Commissioner:  Eli J. Potty

- School Committee:  Anne D. Sullivan

- Water & Sewer Commissioner:  James M. Morin
